So, last week I got a traffic ticket. This morning, I was checking the Franklin County Municipal Court website (which is horrible, btw) to make sure my payment went through OK, and I find that I owe more money than the officer told me. After playing phone tag with the court clerk for awhile, I find out that it's because the officer is handing out 10 month old tickets that no longer reflect current fines. So if I hadn't checked up on this TODAY, there would have been a WARRANT FOR MY ARREST for not paying the fines and "skipping" my court date. Fuck the CPD.
