So whats everyone doing for Halloween back home? I'm seriously thinking of going from room to room in my barracks trick-or-treating. My friends and I were going to go as the Ghostbusters and paint my friends station wagon white and drive around the base. I guess we never got around too it though, were really lazy I guess. Hey so I picked up a new printer today with a scanner and everything. I guess I'll scan something eventually so I opted to spend the few extra bucks. It's funny I remember when I sold those things. I wish I still had that employee discount for the ink.
I used to write alot of letters to people but I don't anymore. I don't know why, I keep on telling myself that I will I guess I just never get around to it. E-mail is alot easier, but there is nothing like getting a real letter in the mail. Maybe I'll write Justine a letter and make her day... someday. So you won't have to order free samples anymore . I never really leave my AIM on all night anymore. Partly because I don't feel like leaving my computer on all night anymore and partly because I never really got any messages anymore. I don't blame people though because it's not like I message them alot either.
My Dad stopped drinking for a month or so now I think. I'm really proud of him, it's taken alot of him just to make it this far. I thought him not drinking would completely change the way he acted to me sometimes but I guess I was wrong. I still find his old self coming out sometimes when I talk to him (The little that that is) Hey, hes done alot for me. More than I could ever pay him back in my 2 lifetimes. I can't blame him though, it's probably really hard for him right now so hes probably taking it out on some people. Hey all and all I love ya Dad, Thanks. I mean it.
Ohhhh mann I need to go to sleep, I only got like 2 hours of sleep last night because I had duty. Hopefully tomorrow will go by fast, but probably not because it's a Monday. Maybe I'll get some mail, I have alot of mail coming in. So many places don't ship to FPO addresses which is really annoying. I have to send alot of things home then have my family mail it to me. It takes twice as long, sucks. I officially can't buy anything for a long time by the way. It was a direct order from my wallet. I'm jealous that it's already snowing back home. I hope it snows when I get home. Well I'm going to get going to sleep, have to wake up early and head back to the old salt mines. Type to ya later - Mike
