The military life of Baggins
Well I'm bored so I thought I would update my journal, although I like hardly any of my friends really update theirs anymore. In my opinion this whole livejournal thing is kind of losing it's glory. I've kept it going for like the past 3 years though so I figure I might as well keep on updating it. So you ask what has Mike been up to since he hasen't updated in forver? Well let's see... Nothing. I don't really have anything excting to talk about, haha. I had my 21st birthday which got kind of crazy. It basically ended up with me swinging a bat around in my friends room and my roomate and I tipping over his wall locker, lol. It was pretty funny I'm going to have to post the pictures sometime. It was great though so many people came up to my room to hang out for my 21st birthday party it was really cool. I've just basically been working and then going to the gym when I get home. I'm trying to go to the gym atleast like 4 or 5 times a week now to get into shape for the next PRT that is happening in August I think. I wish I could think of all these crazy military stories to put in here but I can't come up with any right now. I saw the movie "Hostage" last night it was pretty good. I really want to see Sin City. You all back in the states probably have seen these movies months ago but we only got them a little while ago here on this rock, heh. I've calculated up my leave days and I'm probably going to be home in January or Febuary of 06 for like 3 or 4 weeks which is going to be great. It's so funny that the other guy I work with and I are already looking up duty stations to go to after were done here and we still have like a year a half to go before we leave Okinawa, lol. It sucks that I won't be home in July when Ricky comes back to CT to visit everyone. I haven't seen him in so long I hope I get to seem him eventually. Molly you better watch out because there is going to be tons of other girls waiting for Ricky at the airport I know it, lol. Well I have to get going and clean the barracks up!
