96 Hour Liberty
19FEB05 1114 - Well here I am in Paige's car on the way wtih Carter, Guererro, Soto, and of course Paige to say with his family for the 96 hour weekend that we have. Carter is sitting right next to me eating these tropical skittles and I'm so hungry and he won't give me any of them. Ok nevermind I just bummed some off of them so now hes cool. It's so good to be able to relax for this weekend after the week in the field. We all took showers and there is still dirt all over us. Yesterday I was more cold then I ever was in my entire life and that was spending an entire life in New England remind you. Were almost done with school here. After we get back we only have about 2 weeks to go and we will be done with everything here. Carter took a bunch of pictures out in the field though of us and everything that we did so I'm going to put those up as soon as I can, I'll probably be able to get it done at Paige's house this weekend actually. I've only known these guys for a minimun of like 2 months and I feel like I've known then for years. I guess military life makes people feel really close because of what they go through.
23FEB05 1757 - Wow I totally ment to add more to that over the weekend but I guess I was just having too much fun relaxing or something. The weekend went by so fassssttttt. It seemed over in like the blink of an eye. We all definatly needed that weekend to relax and more importantly shower after not bathing for like a week. Yeah we stunk reallyyyy bad haha. Its so good to write in this again too! I've been so freaken busy lately I havent really been able to like have any time to myself. I graduate on the 4th next week! I can't wait to come home and finally see everyone again. I know its going to hit me really hard seeing everyone again and knowing that I won't be able to see them for like another year at the minimum. I wouldn't be surprised if I start to cry or something so no making fun please! :) Anyway I'm going to sumarize something up really quick. I CANT WAIT TO COME HOME AND MAKE PEOPLE REALIZE THAT THEY NEED TO TURN AROUND THEIR LIVES! It seems like Burlington and Harwinton has gone to crap... Well I'm going to go and make a new profile on AIM, maybe I'll post late if I feel like it.... Talk to you later folks.
