Starting last week, I've been getting back onto an exercise schedule. I -have- to improve on everything if I want to go to Italy. This is mostly for my own benefit too.

Monday -
Cycling 20 min, 3.5 miles
60 crunches
10 minute stretches. Couldn't touch toes in a sitting position after stretching
Wednesday -
10 min elliptical, emphasis on arms
10 min stair master, attempted. Need to ask PT on how to do better. I may be too light to use it..
20 crunches, moving an exercise ball between my hands and transferring to feet then back
10 minute stretches.
Friday -
Cycling 20 min, 4.0 miles
60 crunches
10 minute stretches.

Cycling 20 min, 5.0 miles
60 crunches
10 minute stretches. Could touch toes in a sitting position after stretching but had to really stretch and lunge a little.
Attempting to eat 6 times a day. Adding a protein supplement daily.
