Wands Wands Wands!
Check out what I've been making in the last two weekends :D;
My second wand ever! A more normal woody one with shiny silver 'gilding.' Honestly, the paper lines aren't as obvious in regular, none glaring lighting :d; Modeled here with the lovely scarf Nyu gave me years back.
Closeups.
My Moss Wand. A woody wand with moss growing over ancient gold artifacts? Or perhaps there's gold in 'em trees! I couldn't get a good shot of my favorite side where it did look like there was gold bark :<
And the handle.
This is a rather poor picture and doesn't capture how glossy the wand is at all, especially the handle. It really does look like glazed ceramic :3; Mottled blue and white with beads of white trailing up the wand.
Of course the RL ones look waaaay better D: But I have two more in the works :D One that I call my Ravenfeather Wand, and another Dark Icicle Wand XD; I was pondering on selling wands in the future? But definitely crafting some for any friends that want them for Christmas :D
