Ok, where on earth do I start? I went and got myself a dongle last month, so hopefully my posts might be slightly more frequent than of late!!
Well, I managed to find myself a job at long last and a very good one! Last year, I got to the point that I became quite obsessed in finding a job. I narrowed the list down of jobs I could see myself doing. Previous to this, I was looking for any old thing, which obviously wasn't working and it was really dragging me down (e.g. what ex-nurse graduate wants a minimum wage job in a factory?). I also felt that I was totally on my own in the world. I was in a horrible place! I decided that the speculative approach (i.e. bombarding companies I'd really like to work for with my CV). It worked as as of 4th Oct 2010, I've been working at a funeral home! Since early December, I've been running a branch! I totally love it! I can't believe how much my life has completely changed for the better in the past 12 months!
Also getting to like Dartford a bit more, probably because I'm enjoying life more and have made lots of new friends.
For my birthday back in March, did the usual London thing. As usual lots of people turned up and we spent most of the day in Wetherspoons!!
Well, had quite a late night last night, so think I might get some sleep now. Will write a proper post in the next few days!!...
