Week two was semi-successful. I worked out Monday. Wednesday I swapped working out for shoveling uber-wet snow, too wet for snowblower. Friday was scheduled to be delayed to Saturday, since I knew I had a late day at school Friday. It turned out to not be a late day, but I felt like I was coming down with something, so went home anyway. Saturday, and the rest of the weekend, fell victim to the stomach flu. This week I gave myself permission to skip Monday since I'm mostly recovered but still easily worn out. I must get back on the wagon mid-week.
On the other hand, while not the recommended method, eating next to nothing all weekend because your body seems determined to get rid of it one way or another is an effective method to drop a couple pounds. :(
