Well I guess I better update this thing atleast once this summer.
Let's see, what's note worthy? I guess we'll go with events in the past year I feel like remembering.
-beach house party right before school. Said our goodbyes to a marine off to boot camp
-Teaching Wolfgang English with Napoleon Dinamite (in hind sight, this was a rather poor decision)
-Teacher: Catherine you're so laid back. Cat: Yeah it's the drugs
-Shreya's NYC blue beanie...that was stolen! I liked it, it was soft.
-Shreya's window sill
-DI and everything related to it (especially the moment when we realized we had done the polar opposite of what we were suposed to do, thus losing to middle schoolers...yeah)
-Searway being tackled by Shreya, and it breaking her bed
-Searway hiding under afore mentioned bed and stealing dropped items.
-refinding Thuy Van after three years that I had thought she was dead, or had moved
-prom
-Going to Uma's for kheer. (I'm bringing you over for pound cake one day, I swear!)
-Uma's graduation party (riding a tent in a tornado, and teaching the mentally challenged Indians how to use a fire extinguisher, because the idea of pulling the big pin doesn't occur to them) the food was awesome, and even better, because I was cold from the storm, and it was nice and hot! Dancing was fun too. Especially Alex
-Crashing at Aunt Uma's to avoid dying in the storm. Tea was great, table was comfortable, and Uday was a real good guy the whole time. He's still a ultra conservative nut job, but he's a kind and dare I say friendly one. I can't hate him, I just can't.
-Mai's brunch, and boxing her dog. I won.
-Was catherine's birthday til three am party this year or last year? Meh, it was cool enough to carry over.
-Wolfgang's Ciao party, and my giant bowl of noodles.
-Madagascar the movie
-dumbass horror movie about a house that gave a guy a temper. I forget the name
-Ok I forget when Cody Swanson, me, Milk, and Matt got arrested for having a machete and a rifle on a middle school campus. Was that last year or this? I'm leaning towards last year. Man I'm glad that cop didn't listen to his radio, or we would have been cuffed.
-Ryan and bryan got married at the beginning of last summer, so I guess it counts as this year (by the way, I'm going by school years...figure I should have mentioned that)
-Ryan and Bryan have a kid. Henry, aka Crown royal
-Mama Liz y Papa Sam's 60th wedding anniversary/mini family reunion
-Searway's run in with the law, and the failed campagin to save him. It's still a source of frustration. He batter get back on his feet, or I'm going to have to shoot his little brother in the back from six inches away with a paintball gun...oh wait, he already did that. I'd take that kind of a beating every so often, if I could grow up with my brother all over again. I miss it more than anything.
-Manfred's english class in general
-Euro history, especially spring semester with JapCat (I still have your clothes in my room, we need to get them back to you once you escape from France)
-Nearly getting arrested for being sick, when i thought it was the cough syrup. However, the stuff I took was incapable of having the effects I was feeling, so it was just that I was ill. The registered nurses didn't catch that one though. And even when I proved to them that I wasn't a danger to anyone, they still tried to send me home, when they couldn't arrest me, and only a phone call to RN mom, and a walk around the school could get them to fuck off. They just couldn't stand backing down when they had me taking drug tests next to the guy they were arresting for having codine in his backpack. Pricks. Thanks for the help JapCat. Moral of this story: If your symptoms make you a bit unbalanced, don't take anything for it. You'll get arrested. Also never go to the nurse. Ever. Finally, if you ignore the other two, a little rage will clear any vision problems. Screw glasses, all I need is a little hatred.
-Starwars 3, and the horrible lines within. Khaaaaannn!
-Stephery graduating. what about nubby?!
-her 18th birthday, and the harry potter gifts of awesome-dom
-I got a nintendo for christmas, whoorah!
-I can buy smokes and porn legally. I can die for my country, and vote in doomed to failure referendums on the right for a homosexual to have the same rights as a hetrosexual. Next stop Naziland! I'm old...and bitter
-getting involved with the intifada against Israeli zionist racists, andthe IDF murderers. If only white agnostics were allowed to fight in the resistance groups.
-Paul and dada Abdul went to live with relatives in Tehran. Paul planned to join the revolutionary guard. Good luck little man.
-I got five bucks and a bag of chocolate in day before the election bets. You're just jealous because i thought of it and you didn't.
-going to Italy, and buying a rosary at the vatican for manfred. It was right next to the Horus idol. What the catholics are doing with Egyptian gods, I do not know. Old Rome was awesome, Vatican was pretty cool. Firenze was the best, with Khan cooking, and a waitress from sugarland. I ate a donkey, and 11 other animals that meal. And enough wine to feel nice and warm even at night in the cold. Oh and that
-Iraq war, and all the fun in that. Fallujah, Samara, catching Saddam, Najaf and the Mehdi Army's surrender. The Sadr City Arms treaty. The Elections, the bickering, the Sunni's saying "fuck we're dumbasses" about a few months after the election. Never a dull moment, I'll give them that.
-Papa Sam's health and how it's gone tohellina hand basket. Though there was some good news a couple days ago. It gives me hope.
-buying enough fireworks to make a car bomb a few hours ago. Prices must have gone down, because I got a lot.
-When Cat Steph and I had chinese food in a storm with no power, and the Dr. Pepper moved all by itself.
-When I had an interview for a job Laura had set me up for, and all I was asked was "what's your favorite color?" Thank you Russkie!
-Jesus Incense, and The Onion. My cats get high off the incense.
-Astroworld with Sonia, JapCat, Mai, and Royce. Cat beat me up with her hair, I used Mai as a human shield, and I got stuck on serial thriller, so Cat rode with me twice. Awesome sauce.
-Breanna: Steven, come undo my Jaspers... *Steph and I laugh*
Me: Woo, go steven!
Steven: It's a bracelet you guys, yeesh!
-Beatles in the car with Me, Steph, and Joel singing, and Andrew not knowing the lyrics to Yellow Submarine.
-Twilight zone, where rap stations played country, a child climbed a stop sign, while upside down, and a truck drove on the wrong side of the street. Scary 45 seconds man.
-I got my car. It's nice. Old, but nice.
...that's about it.
Shreya, choose a kitchen, and lets make something good to eat. It's been too long. Uma, I'm working on the pound cake thing. Anyone else up for stuff, just say the word, I'm here til 2006.
