Was now on the threshold.
Expansion stopped. The Universe
Was tired being really old.
The Earth went on to cool,
The people dressed fur and wool.
Somebody acted like a fool.
We bought the food
(we bought the firewood).
Hysteria, indifference...
But what the fucking difference?
That all ended with
THE BIG END!
