Lol... was planning to go yoga but I end work at like 8pm everyday and am reaching home just before 9pm... which makes it kind of late to go out for jogging without worrying mom and dad. orz
So am trying to do squats at home. But yes, agree that I need to do more exercises.
Are you exercising? I think for us besides food, exercise very important... I went for my 2nd jog on Saturday!

But I make a point to do about 30min of exercise once I get home (while heartrate still high from climbing hill quickly)

⇒ arms and back
2)3 x 10 ballet leg lifts each for front, side back
⇒ this is mainly for cardio
3)3 x 10 roller - hold and pull back
⇒ for core and cardio
4) squats - about 2 minutes until my legs get tired.
5) planking - hold 3 sets increase time everyday.
You can start with 10 seconds x 3 sets. Slowly increase to 15s, 20 s, 30 s eventually 1minute.
