Dar has come up with a wonderful new confection: cake pops! Rolled in chocolate! And they're gluten free. I know that several of you wanted her recipes for cookies, but she's just been crazy busy and hasn't had time to transcribe them. She reworks them a lot until she gets them just right, so the recipes have been evolving, too. But these? These are perfection.
I gave Rocky the cake pop stick to sniff, and the next thing I know he's
picked it up and he's waving it around like a band leader. The boy is very talented.
Yes, it's still snowing. But I'm more impressed with the icicles on the barn.
