Twilight in the barn. Not that Twilight.

The main entrance is through the side that houses the older crias and moms.
That's our Conchita in white with the attitude in the middle. Ripley is near her.
Suki is the little gray face to the right.

The new moms and young crias are on the far side. You can sort of make
out little Willow in her plaid coat. I go out every night to put her
coat on and tuck her in.

And then there's Ozzie. This is a horrible flash picture, but it is
a classic of Ozzie. He is always right at the gate between
the two sides with his head stuck in the hay. Always. Unless
we shag him outside. The boy loves his hay, and he loves that
particular spot.

Now one of Deb's alpacas is sick. Actually she was sick a few weeks ago, but that was when we found out everyone was dehydrated, and she perked up after getting lots of water with gatorade. Now she's back to being lethargic, and she hardly drank any of the water I brought out for her. We're starting her on antibiotics and hoping for the best.

There's a very cold wind tonight, and I think I have to go back outside and see if I can block it coming in on the mom's side. Catch you later.
