And we find ourselves in the same old mess...
Ooh time flies when you have no time to sleep. I have no idea where the last 3 weeks have gone, alot of it has been drunk i know that much. People have been re-educating me in how to have fun ladened with extra shenanigans, which have resulted in more than a few silly drunkern photos. Loving it! Really helped keeping my mind busy which Im thankful for but after being pissed all weekend im now feeling the pain of it, I think my throats closing up on me :(
Ive finished working in Grove Hill, and Im so bloody happy it is! It was an experience working there but never again, ive got more bruises than enough, it was exhausting and ive never been so tempted to give an 11 year old such a good thumping! Having to get punched in the ear and not blow my stack or whack them back is soooooo difficult. But its something to put on my CV at the end of the day, so worth it in the long run I guess. Sticking to Stagecoach next year definately!
As much as I whinged about the show I was doing, Neva Prospekts, it actually went quite well, there was plenty of the audience who didnt get it like us, the comment that summed it up for me "The music was fantastic, and no-one should be ashamed of there performance, but what on Earth was going on I have no idea" . Anyway I got plenty of compliments on my performance when coming off stage and its really built up my confidence again, I didnt realise quite how much I missed performing until I got back involved, its like Ive rediscovered a lost limb. I get to look this sweet and innocent, although this was my favourite costume. Planning on doing lots more with them, although its all the way in Saltburn so costs a bit more in petrol there a good bunch of people with a fantastic costume store that im allowed to raid :P
Went to a casting for Midsummer Nights Dream last night, which went quite well. Was made all the better by a visit to the Kings Grill afterwards for one of the groups birthdays, it was the best food ive eaten in a long time! You pay for that though so as nice as it was I dont think itll be somewhere visited frequently. Its quite wrong how much Im eating out lately mind both a good and a bad thing, good cause its good food but bad for the waistline and the bank balance.
Anyway Ive got to get my thinking cap on and make the most of my last 2 weeks off, suggestions on the back of a postcard please! Oh yeah reminds me, if anyones free for a day trip out friday let me know my mates are taking other halves and i really dont fancy being the lemon!
