Name: (nickname can do, I will need it so that when I post it i'll say "Requested by:_______")
Group/Member/Pairing: (Only doing Hey! Say! JUMP & Dream5 at the moment. If you want to use a specific photo please give it to me through email or link it in your comment. My email is mayorinaguzaka@yahoo.com)
Type: (only doing icons, welcome/friend-only banners at the moment)
Style: (for example, colorful, w/ words, w/o words, dramatic, happy, exaggerated, or just write "authors design" which means I will surprise you with my own design)
How Many?: (I am doing 15-30 icons ONLY no more, no less. You can specify how many through that range)
*OFFICIAL RULE: 1st come 1st served! *please remember I will not get it up on time due to school but I will find time eventually. If not up in 2-3 weeks (or depending on your patience) you may complain here. Thanks!
