hating on comcast is becoming like my all time favorite past time

i get a fee on my bill, which is really not out of the ordinary. i just called and told them that they weren't supposed to charge me and they took it off.
but then the woman tells me that i have $150 in dirty movies on my ppv....
i've never bought any ppv movies let alone dirty ones
plus they occurred over the course of a few weeks in may, and some of them happened to fall the weekend GIDGET AND I (THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE WHO HAVE KEYS TO THIS APARTMENT) were in boston!!!!

at least the boston thing is good.. i'm sure i'll have a receipt from that weekend. debit card statements from shopping up there that stand as proof that i was indeed NOT HERE TO ORDER MOVIES. i have like two entire households (gidgets and my own) of witnesses that will back me up, in addition to the bank statements, receipts etc.
i will not accept this crap from them. i wasn't even in the fucking state. how could i possibly have been buying movies on my pay per view?
i swear to god, if they try to make me pay these bills, i'm gonna go APE SHIT
it'll be the last segment of the last straw with them
i keep staying cause when i start to get antsy they drop my charges and usually sort things back out, and quickly... which is honestly exactly what they should do. when you make a mistake, you fix it.
the consumer (in businesses) ALWAYS COMES FIRST when you fuck something up.
yeah they shouldn't keep doing it, but as long as i don't have to pay its easier than switching
but when their services start sucking as much as their billing (and it IS getting there...) i'm leaving for good
