another comcast rant. this happens too often

COMCAST IS THE WORST FUCKING CORPORATION IVE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH .....and i am really fucking regretting giving them another chance.
so its my first month .........i wanted ONLY HD and regular cable..none of that other bullshit that i gotta pay extra for
i told them that if they didnt cut me a deal and give me free installation and all that other fucking crap then i'm going to hang up the phone and never use comcast again..
thats pretty much the only reason why i did go back to comcast is cause this one promo was pretty good, and even then i told them the promo wasn't good enough and i wasn't going to actually sign up unless they cut off the fees...
so anyway
the mother fucker comes in and puts in a dvr box, which again, i didnt ask for. i ONLY wanted hd channels.
okay whatever..but i'm not paying for it.
so i get my bill and the charge is on there.
i call them and then they tell me i gotta trek my busy ass over to their office to switch boxes..or mail it to them
OR pay 80 bucks for the cable guy to come out here
NO. the cable guy screwed up and gave me the wrong box... so why the fuck do i have to pay for a new one???
and then theyre tellin me that my bill will stay the same price.
again.. NO. dvr is $15. and hd box is 6. so how does it make sense that my bill for april 5 to may 4...this upcoming month, i'm being charged for a dvr that is getting taken away tomorrow?!
i dont even get to use it the rest of the damn month, so why do i have to pay it for the rest of the damn month??
now i gotta waste more of my time and cell phone minutes to call them back tomorrow and tell them to fix my bill cause the girl on the phone pretty much just didnt want to fix my bill right now. and i gotta get them to change my bill or give me credit back..probably the latter, so i'm going to end up paying this stupid dvr thing..and then that gives them a chance to fuck up my next bill and NOT give me my credit back.

its like only when i tell them i'm not paying 80 dollars they say, 'ok well then just tell the guy the situation and he wont charge you.' or i tell them that i'm not paying for dvr when theyre taking it back tomorrow. theyre like, "okay then call tomorrow and they'll fix your bill."
and if i didnt bring that up??? i'd be paying for all this crap, for no reason?
and then, their fucking phones are so horrible, I KNOW it wasnt my cell phone reception cause i was moving all around my apartment... nothing changed, plus my service is always good here.
it sounded like digital vomit on their end. so i cant even hear a damn word she's saying, wasting even more of my cell phone minutes.
