Hello friends. I haven't been on LJ for awhile so I thought I would stick my head in and say hello......ummmm...Hello!
Things have benn going pretty well. School's the same. I have been keeping busy acting wise. My resume is starting to round out rather nicely and my acting classes have been phenomenal. It's going to be a pretty busy couple of weeks since I am shooting a 35mm soon as well as rehearsing for a feature length that I very excited about. The character I get to play is super interesting. I just finished up a 16mm called Strawberry Poptarts which was a blast to film. I was the object of desire for a fellow (male) poptart worker, I got beat up by the boss and I had a 7 foot something guy with "en Fuego" tatooed on his forehead chase me down a hallway with a chainsaw. It was really really fun to film.
I shot a short film this weekend where I played an asshole frat guy who beats this kid up but then gets stomped pretty bad. I twas fun but it got pretty rough. I accidentally nailed the kid I was "beating up" on the side of the head, my knee got wrecked and I was tackled....hard. But it was fun.
I have a serious 35mm later this month and I was actually offered another part in a feature film being filmed in about 2 months. It was kind of a fluke because a guy working on the short film I was doing this weekend had been trying to get ahold of me for months to let me know I got the part. Ka-tet and all of that I guess....
I found out that one of the short 16mm film s I was in was posted on Youtube. It is called Fragments and even though it's a rough cut, you get the idea.

My love life has been non exisitent since I have been keeping pretty busy with school and filming....but it would be a cop out to blame it ALL on that...This middle of the path shit is harder than it looks....I still have a crush on what I consider my perfect woman but she still has a boyfriend. A boring, bland uninteresting boyfriend. And what kills me is the fact that I can see that she knows we have a connection but she refuses to do that to her boyfriend. And that just makes me respect her that much more...
If you met an exact clone of yourself, would you make out with it?.....I would. I mean I would make out with my exact clone, not yours. Wait...maybe I would make out with your clone. I guess that would mean that I would make out with you....you're welcome.
