Occasionally, after an event's end, the participating townspeople will be rewarded by regaining the possessions and abilities they lost during their arrival in Mayfield. Size and shape works, but size will be limited: he can't become any bigger than, say, a car.

Guy gets the ring back, but its power has been severely limited. At this point in time, anything greater than minor powers will exceed the ring's power limit. As he doesn't have the battery back, once the ring runs out of power, it will be useless until he gets it back.
