WELP. I'm still drinking the Briggs Kool-Aid. Welcome you new BIGGEST buddy, one Captain Buccaneer of FMA fame, who got an arbitrary Italian name because I shouldn't talk to Aly late at night. SO we'll skip that. He's a soldier from Briggs, under the lovely Major General Armstrong! He's also taken from the end of canon, so [spoiler].
This rather large gentleman is residing at 1671 Nelson (WITH A PRECIOUS DAUGHTER, oh my) and will unkindly ask you to gtfo if he doesn't like you. Otherwise, he's decently friendly, even if he doesn't immediately trust anyone as far as he can throw them. He'll make too many friends just 'cause he's ~*~awesome~*~, though.
