Reminder
If you're setting up a contact post for the event, please date it out of order so it does not clutter everyone's friends list.
To date out of order, when you are creating the entry, click the "edit" link next to the date. Change the year to sometime in the future, and the entry will remain at the top of your journal. Check the checkbox marked "Date Out of Order." That way, the entry will go up in your journal but will not appear on anyone's friends list. I have been seeing a lot of contact posts on the game friends list, and this will make it difficult for people to see the IC entries people are making.
