[Shortly after midnight, a sweet young girl's voice emerges from every phone, radio, and television set simultaneously.]
Wow. I mean, really, wow! I am super impressed, Mr. Grady! You've been working so hard to catch that mean old Sergei guy, and these nice folks haven't been helping you at all.
In fact, I bet some of them have been hiding him from you! That's not very nice of them, is it Mr. Grady? Mr. Mayor? I bet they'd be much happier if they just gave him to you instead of asking dumb questions.
That kind of thing really makes me mad.
But! Everything's okay. I know everybody's probably just playing a game with you. It's like Hide and Go Seek! And you're It, Mr. Grady. But you're only one person, and Mayfield is super big!
So I decided to bring some of my friends over to play on your team. Don't be afraid, Mr. Grady! I know you don't like them, but they're on your side this time. They'll listen to you. So work with them and find that mean ol' Sergei just as fast as you can, okay? I have to work on my drawings, and I'd really hate it if I got distracted again.
Oh. And if everybody keeps being dumb and doesn't help you out, well, of course it'd be bad if you hurt them or anything.
