Ever since he had looked over the letter that he and Netherlands discovered during his previous stay, a curiosity towards the Smiths had grown. He didn't see anything off however, so he was content with staying against one of the walls. They just seemed like a normal, regular drone family to him.

He's not even wearing his fancy dress, this time. He's sticking with the plain, every-day clothing that the tow supplied, lest it give the people in charge a reason to act differently towards him.

"Hey there, Vetle." Jack waves and walks over to him, sipping a beer. "Mind moving? You're blocking my view of the TV."

His body tenses, making eye contact with dead eyes. "The TV? You mean the picture box?"

Just play it innocent, he tells himself. Act like a teenager.

"That's right, kiddo. Grown ups want to watch the game, so why don't you run along?"

"Don't call me 'kiddo', you. I'm older than you think I am--Besides, it's not like I know anyone here."

"Just right out of the way of the picture, kid."

"I'm not a kid." Grumble grumble. Hey, he'll just be stubborn and move, but he'll be taking the chair.
