Who: America, England, Canada, Flandre Scarlet, Ai, Kirijou Mitsuru, Lavi, Maya Fey, Mia Fey, Osaka, Relm Arrowny, Scarlet, Tamaki Suoh, Tifa, RED Spy, Shiraasan, Palom, Otae, the Other Mother, Other 18+ characters played by the muns that RSVPed one character, Anyone else who wants to join only if they ask nicely, other kids who are 17 and under who want to spy on the party, And maybe later Amelia Earhart and Porom.

It just started out as just a joke on Canada's part after Maya, Mia's sister stayed over at their house. However, that one little joke, turned into an actual idea. Canada was a little bit hesitant at first, "Ah...i-it was just a joke." he would say "I really didn't mean it." However, after some careful though and persuading, he gave in a few days later. Canada didn't want to admit it, but Mia's boobs were somehow...hypnotic.
The day after agreeing to the party, he started writing up invitations. Since he only knew a few people, he decided to look up in the phonebook on how many people lived in the town that he didn't know. And unfortunately, there were a lot. He would need to go back to the store and get another box of blank invites. This was just the first in a long line of things to go wrong in the preparation stage.
Even though the invitations got out, and people quickly got in their RSVPs, there was still the matter of the food. It had just come back, and Canada had only bought enough to feed him and his family. If they were going to have a party, they'd really need to go shopping again. Especially since he bluffed knowing how to cook French cuisine. Sure France may have taught him a few things, but her blocked most of those years from his memory. To make matters worse, Mia had just found out about her job at the flower store. So that slowed things down things even more since she was to help him plan, shop and cook.
Unfortunately for Canada, because of this unforeseen downward spiral in to disaster, he would have to change the date of the party. He contacted all those that RSVPed and gave them the new day and time. He was so busy planning everything else, other things had gotten in the way, he didn't have time to think out a proper date, so, he just put a random date as a place holder in without thinking. Tomorrow's tomorrow begins with today. he thought.
But, like always, after consulting Kumajiro for wisdom, Canada got right back up on his feet! This time he will get everything done on before the new date arrived. And this time, it paid off! The day had finally come, the day of the party. Canada took it upon himself to set up the tables, and when he was finally finished, it felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. "There, it's all finished!" Canada said confidently as he put the last cheesy centerpiece down on the last table. "I guess all we have to do now is wait for the guests to arrive. I really hope they show up soon. Ah, even after that date change." But little did he know that even though the date of the party was reached...he wasn't completely out of the woods yet.
