Up, up and away!
Who: Scout, Engie, Tifa, Margot, and hopefully Spy and Ai
What: Scout and Engie's plan to bust out of Mayfield!

This was not the best week in Scout's life, that's for sure. Ever since he got to this god-forsaken town, things have been beyond frustrating. Harassed by REDs, threatened (an completely perplexed) by Minatsuki, and Valentine's Day... let's not even GO there. He knew the town could do some crazy stuff, but they'd really screw with CANDY, too? What kind of weirdo sickos ran this place? Those candies almost made him... He shuddered. What those candies made him feel for Pyro was something he DEFINITELY wanted to push behind him.
And now BLU Spy was here, and Scout was happy for about 5 seconds to have another team member aboard when it remembered it was Spy. You couldn't trust him as far as you could throw him, and he was going on about how back in their world BLU was replacing them as they spoke. Screw that! BLU would have to take him back. They'd be stupid not to!
But it was OK. Everything was going to be OK, because he had a plan. A plan that, as far as he was aware, no one else has tried here. He could hardly believe none of these other numbskulls in town hadn't! It was so easy - if the town looped upon itself, what did this place look like from the sky? Could you see anything outside of it from there? And maybe they could get out of here that way! After talking with Engie, they got a plan in order: a hot air balloon. Something like that would be a breeze for him to whip up.
Back at the sports supply shop, Scout played nice (as best he could) and, over the week, purchased some supplies to aide their plan. Parachutes to sew together an awesome balloon? Check. Rope ladder? Check! This was going to be so good.
Over the week, Scout met up with a few other people he let in on the plan, but he didn't want to let too many people know. Only so many people could fit in this thing, and he didn't want to risk the plan being leaked. Besides his BLU team members, he also invited Ai, Tifa, and Margot. Poor Margot, the kid seemed as pissed off at the town as he did. How could he blame her? Valentine's Day was completely tame compared to some of the other stunts that have apparently been pulled in this place. Fake murder plots? People getting mindwiped into compliance? Wicked crazy stuff. He wasn't sticking around for this. He was getting out tonight, no matter what.
He told everyone to meet at Engie's place on Mitchell Road at 10PM. He'd be there sooner to help finish up the plans. He hoped everyone would be on time, since they had none to waste.
