When: Sometime in the afternoon today.
Where: At the garage.
What: So it's Homecoming, and she's interested on going people watching again. There's a slight problem though...

Today has been more boring than most. But he's not complaining, more time for him to work on his bow. He'd taken apart the coffee table of his house, thrilled beyond words that not only was it oak, but it was one solid piece. Granted he would have preferred yew for better tactile strength, but this was better than nothing. So far he's honed it down into the rough basic shape and is working on the curving arms when he spots something purple out of the corner of his eye.

He's not bothering to get up though, any customers can come to him for all he cares.

(So she sees the BLU Sniper working on his bow. She's about to walk up to him, but she hesitates. This...is really, really REALLY awkward. She has no idea how the Sniper will take it, and whether he'd agree to it or not. He might even get angry at her, and she doesn't want a repeat of that again.

And maybe, a tiny tiny part of her is afraid of the rejection.

She's already told herself over and over that this was nothing personal, that it was on a purely professional basis. No feelings are supposed to be involved. It's just...a part of the job. She doesn't feel anything for the man either, except for maybe a kind of fondness.

Maybe because she's always been alone at Homecoming for all her life, and laughed at because of it.)

"If you want somethin' come over here. Stop skulkin' around." People in the periphery of his vision make him nervous, not that he's letting on. He hasn't missed a single stroke with his knife, wood shavings surrounding his feet and chair and adding their own heady smell to the garage. He turns it over and stares down the length, checking for straightness before he glances up at the would be customer.

His eyes narrow as he realizes just who it is. "Miss Pauling."

(OK, he doesn't sound exactly happy to see her. Maybe she should just back out now before there's even more damage, and actually catch him in a better mood.)

Hi Sniper. If...if you're busy now, I can come back later.
