[It's been rough for Scratch. Very rough. ...Okay maybe that was an exaggeration. He didn't really feel that bad about killing after he got some of his power back from the town. And really, he knew this was going to be a temporary thing and not last forever, if the people who informed him on the first day were not tricking him. Knocking around a few heads and the like was no real big deal for him. Plus, if he was lucky, he could find someone worthy enough to stand up to the powers of a First Guardian. Then, after that luck passed and they took him down, he would work twice as hard to remove them from existence. He can't have someone as powerful as him threatening the rise of his boss.
All of that aside, Scratch was now walking around town without much worry. Perhaps he should have rethinked that, but the woes of not being omniscient and knowing everything. Especially when it comes to who was targetting him.]
