What? Sophie and Lemony perform some experiments in the library

After spending a morning working at the florist Sophie made her way to the library. Not only did she have her own research to do, but she had also promised Mr. Snicket that she would take part in an experiment with the books. She was interested in seeing the results as well, and hopefully their work would help them find out more information of this place, and maybe eventually a way home.
She arrived at the library and quietly entered through the front door. It appeared to be like any library, which was a small comfort. She eyed the front desk and saw Mr. Snicket there. She smiled and walked over to him.
"Good afternoon Mr. Snicket. I hope you've fairing well since we last spoke."
