Werewolves live considerably longer than humans, so Annie has never really feared death. When you're able to turn into a wolf the size of a school bus with the capability to twist off a person's head like a bottle cap, death is the last thing on your mind. Thus, Annie often takes part in risky behaviors with little consideration for the consequences, like smoking, drinking, and running around naked in the middle of a blizzard. However, dating an actual immortal has caused her to start to doubt her own near-immortality, and she's been trying to cut back on the first two vices. She refuses to give up running naked in the snow. We all need our hobbies.
She is almost obnoxiously athletic. She enjoys most sports, having grown up playing them with her brothers, but has a special fondness for track and field. It's not uncommon to see her running mindlessly around the track at the high school, either in her human or wolf form, at all times of the year. It's also not uncommon to see her running with an unlit cigarette in her mouth, as she has no concept of irony. She's a classic jock, brawny but not overly brainy, and would be failing most of her classes if it wasn't for Nasira, Nico, and their infinite patience.
Annie is very frank about sexual matters and has a tendency to be a bit perverted, flirting often with friends and strangers alike. She loves girls, all girls, but she would rather die than betray Nasira. The flirting is innocent, just another part of her nature; corny as it is, Nasira is her One True Love. You only get one or two of those a lifetime, and Annie will be damned if she ruins that with her Don Lothario-like charms. She is also very modest about these charms. Yes. Very.
Annie has a strong sense of loyalty to her family and friends, who make up her “wolf pack” of sorts. The only way to truly make her angry, to really make her lose her cool, is to threaten her loved ones. Harming them sends her into a Berserker rage-- most people who know Annie wouldn't think her capable of murder, even if she's traditionally considered a “monster,” but most people haven't seen her angry.
Abilities: As a werewolf, Annie has the ability to transform into a wolf seemingly at will. Her family has special names for their various forms: Form Alpha, which is a basic, smooth transformation into an average-sized wolf; Form Beta, which is a more complicated transformation into a very large wolf, though she has trouble doing this form unless filled with rage; and Form Sigma, which can be only be done during a full moon, and involves transforming into an incredibly strong, barely controllable, half-lupine monster. Don't ask why it jumps straight to Sigma. You don't wanna know.
Even in her “normal” human form, Annie is still considerably stronger and faster than normal humans. At one point, she pulls a street lamp out of the ground and beats someone half to death with it.
