( ( Oh, it looks like something is going on in the park. This looks like so much fun. What are these strange creatures running around-- ) )

When did we get a zoo?

So?

[sheesh, she's really getting this a lot. Maybe she'd better just explain.]

These guys were created by kids from my world. Their imaginations brought them to life. Get it?

But normally you can't see other people's imaginations. At least, that's how it is where I'm from.

( ( Giving a wary look to some of these friends-- is that a unigiraffecorn. ) )

Hee hee, the imagination itself is a bit different isn't it? That would be like mind reading!

I suppose but-- is this normal? To be able to see them all of the time?

Yep!

Though I guess maybe there are some friends where certain people can't see them. Some kids think it's more fun that way.

. . . Such as. . . unicorns? ( ( An embarrassed pause, ) ) and fairies?

Every imaginary friend is different, but there are definitely invisible fairies and invisible unicorns out there. I'd introduce ya but I haven't regained any of em'.

( ( Okay, this is going to be a dumb question but Spain is being genuine when he asks, ) )

. . . Are you the Queen of Fairies or something?
