-Which was exactly the opportunity Juri had been waiting for. From afar, she had observed him. The Eye unblinking, upon Japan and all that he did. She waited and waited for her chance to strike. The moment his guard was down, her blood rushed.

Several bolts of violent purple flame, almost acidic in its burn, were tossed towards Japan, screaming their way across the sky before her.-

[ Though he let his guard down, the instincts he developed in the past two thousand years he has lived were strong- so the moment he sensed that something was coming his way and opened his eyes, he was completley taken aback but dodged at the very last moment- but only in time for the attack not to kill him; the flames reach his shoulder and he lets out a small gasp at the pain, keeping any louder sounds to himself. ]

Gaaah-! What is this-? [ No, he knew. This wasn't something normal, but it's clear- someone attacked him, didn't they? He winces and clutches the burnt shoulder and straightens up, searching with his eyes for whoever was it that was attacking him. ]

-Japan spied with his little eye his attacker indeed. Or at least he spied what appeared to be her foot, bathed in that same hateful flame, flying towards him.-

[ The fact that he was prepared for this, instead of taken aback completley, must have saved him; the moment he spotted it, he opened the door to his home with his free hand and ducked, in a way that couldn't be called very elegant or dignified, going straight inside the entrance to the house as he did; he knew that if he let the attack get the door instead and smash it, that wouldn't be very wise, either. ]
