Because pimping time is here, I present you: Chayanne
I already gushed about Chayanne here, and for a guy in his 40's (he began in a boyband contemporary of Menudo), he's as awesome, good looking (Best.surgery.EVER) and a splendid dancer.
Also managed to have a clean career without scandals and such. Even grandmas love him!
Hope Mr. Fowler whenever he's able to catch up with Akanishi, he can tell him good stories about him.
He's an artist to look up to.
But well, if you look up my mix (basically a best of album) I can give a a few pointers:
* He was the first artists to involve a latin dance sound into pop (amazing choreographies at the time) and made cheesy ballads as well.
Probably you can tell there's a specific ryhtm in his song (a nice way to put they all sound the same XD) but that's the way he is.
* Of course he insertes a sexy/adult vibe in songs like in Provócame, as well, as have generic dance just for the sake of dance a have a good time, like Este ritmo se baila así, Boom Boom, Salomé, Baila Baila
But before this pirate thing, he released in 1988 I'm your pirate/Tu pirata soy yo. OMG, Please tell me all of you were born already at that time D:
He already covered Eros Ramazotti's song about first times *gasp* I mean we're ending the 80's!!
I'm afraid the Enamorado song is an italian cover as well.
But his cheesy ballads are the shit (lol, local joke) in which he sprouts things like:
