A Model Life - Twice as Sketchy
Well, Mae de la Rue is set to hit the Dr Sketchy's stage again!
On Tuesday night, at the Arthouse Hotel, Miss Mae de la Rue will grace the stage alongside the divine Miss Schatzi Sunshine. With a theme of "Escaping Reality" Schatzi and Mae will start out as innocent vintage ladies who get caught up in fantasies of adventure on the high seas and basking in the sun - becoming more scantily clad as the night progresses.
It should be loads of fun, so if any of you are in Sydney and feel like coming along and drawing a couple of burlesque beauties, it's a great night of dames, drinks, drawing and debauchery.
Tickets are available on the door or book online at the Dr Sketchy website (which guarantees you a reserved seat or couch). If you can't make it, keep an eye out on the Dr Sketchy facebook page for photos of the night in a few weeks time.
