For those of you playing along at home...
I was going to write all about my weekend for the stalkers out there *waves at Branwen* but I'm tired, so you all get the short version instead.
Went out Friday night to see the Snowdroppers. They were awesome, as per usual, is anyone surprised? If you haven't yet, see them. I got home at 2am, after a nice number of vodkas... I woke up at 4.30am, 6.30am and 7am and dragged my sorry arse out of bed at 8am. Must have been my brain making sure I woke up early enough in the morning. Who needs sleep?
I headed off to May Crown and had a really good time seeing lots of people like Hrothgar and Ava (I even got to hang with them on Friday too) and a whole bunch of people from interstate. Had a really good night despite the fact the food made my teeth want to fall out of my head with the sweet. There was vodka to fix it ;)
I had a great time talking to Master Steffan Glaube and he had some fantastic stories to tell of his ideas on events n stuff. I might have got an idea or two... I might need to discuss it more with him and a few other people before it becomes a thing, but it might! Again, I went to bed at about 2am, and woke up early again.
I had to head off early on Sunday to get to my hockey match at midday. Every game I've played with this team, I've lost. I played goals last week and this week. I have a great bruise from training in my upper inner thigh, not really one you'd show off to people, it's be more like flashing after all. You'll all be pleased to hear, we are nothing if not consistent, the losing streak continues, 1-0.
Had a nap Sunday arvo because I was exhausted, and then I went to bed at 10.30pm anyway. Woke up exhausted today and spent the day trying to drag myself through the day. Hmm, I might go to bed now too.
