Birthday Bummer
So I've discovered today that my hockey matches for this season start next weekend. I can't play the first game next Sunday because I'll be busily running my event, the Flightpath Festival.
The next game is at 7.30pm on Sunday 11th April, which was the day I was planning on celebrating my birthday at the Ruby Revue with a bunch of friends. So now that plan is out the window :(
So I'm not really sure what I'll do for my birthday now. I was thinking of spoiling myself with some more glamour photos - but this time 50s and Pin Up style photos by a specialist company. Do I really need more photos though? Yes, there'll be a dress size difference, but, well, y'know. And with my favourite dinner/ show option no longer doable because of hockey... well, I don't know what to do.
Maybe I'll have a shindig at home.
Or maybe I'll do nothing.
I'm a bit uninspired. Any suggestions?
*shrug* I'll think about it after this coming weekend - that's the only thing I have brain space for at the moment.
