Well my plans have already sorta changed since yesterday's itinerary. We're going to go ahead and leave on Tuesday night...which is great because it puts me back in on Tuesday, however it also means I have way less time here to do stuff.
Alison hasn't called me back, so I probably won't see her.
So the guy visiting from Auburn called. We're meeting at Skidmore fountain tonight (early evening) and I think we're going to go have dinner. I feel bad. When he asked what I wanted to do on the phone, I said "Something inexpensive, I'm afraid I'm broke". Didn't think before I spoke because, of course, he replies with "Well let me buy you dinner."
Oops, I forgot he was SOUTHERN. Of course he's going to say that. I have a $5, so I'll put that down for a tip...though even spending that is going to be painful.
Don't get your hopes up for a juicy story though, because this is going to be our ONLY date and I don't think he's cute enough to get lucky.

So it feels SO GOOD to be back in Oregon. I didn't realize how much I missed it. For breakfast I sat out on the back deck and looked at the beautiful trees in our back ravine. Not only was that spectacular, but it's like 50 or 60 or something outside. Or it just feels like that to me. (Edit: It's 63*)But it's properly chilly and I LOVES IT.
