You're glib
Yesterday I was watching the Today show out of boredom and I caught the first part of the Tom Cruise interview. I've seen him in other interviews for War of the Worlds. (See, I really want to like that movie, but I just don't think I'm going to enjoy it. So, I've been watching for clips and stuff hoping that my interest will stir. Yes, I'm weird.) Anyway, in every interview he just sits there and says over and over again "I'm just living my life." I missed the part when he went batshit crazy on Matt Lauer, but whatever. It's been replayed everywhere. I've always had this disinterest in Tom Cruise, but now, he's really just starting to get on my nerves.
Yesterday, I also went in to my sister's work for a few minutes. She's going to Michigan to visit her boyfriend's family for two weeks and I'm her sub. All I have to do is answer the phone.
I always grew up with the saying "(insert something that just happened that's really rare) It's going to rain!" Well, in an interesting twist, I got my haircut today, and it rained. I haven't had it professionally cut in almost three years. See, I'm extremely tenderheaded, like extremely. I've been getting my sister to trim it over the past few years. But, I was very proud of myself. I didn't even cry or yell this time. Score! I like it, too. It's just long layers, but it's different and it thins my hair out some. So yeah, I like it.
