Where the hell are Bird and Himiko taking the baby? Too scared to go on..
No way they are going to kill him, they have to be too stupid to see that he is fighting for survival.
I hope the author is smart enough to make his main characters smart, i won't forgive him if it has a manipulative, melo-dramatic and preachy ending.
I'm ok with Kenzaburo being preachy about a man facing his fears or figuring out his inadequate relationship with wife or Himiko.
So far i'm loving this novel.
