(no subject)
Ok, things are a little bit more stable right now. I'm in the middle of a project right now and the program seems to be a little bit more concrete to me now. Most of the people in the classes are new teachers and everyone is there to learn. Some strange things that have been happening:
When I'm in a group, they often elect me to speak for them. This has happened three times and i think it is because I'm male. They assume that the male is the one that is supposed to talk. Either that or they get tired of stealing my answers when they talk to the class and they rather have me say it because i'm the brains behind the operations. :)
Actually I'm just as wrong as they are which makes me think, why do you want to trust my answer? Mine is just as valid as yours.
I'm noticing that a lot of people who have jobs are way over there heads. I really think I need to find the right job before I jump into a classroom.
There are teachers who are juggling way to many different kinds of program levels in one class with way to much paperwork. Why would you want to start a job that requriesw you to know fill out paperwork that you have no idea how to do and know the law of something you havn't studied yet.
In othr news the VS have some cool gigs coming up; strange venues, benefit concerts. It's gonna be really fun the next couple of months playing music. I'll let you know about it when they come up.
