Note to self:

The authors warn you. They say "angst" and "incomplete."

Stop torturing yourself. No matter how desperate you are for some fic, DO NOT CLICK.

Also: How stupid is it that I have trouble sleeping after reading certain kinds of angsty cliffhangers in long WIPs? Seriously, self. Get a grip.

I never minded WIPs, except for my own.

Me either. Sometimes I'll just read certain chapters in fic anyway so I don't really care if it's finished or not. I feel like I should be ducking tomatoes though - no one wants that kind of reader.

Dude, I'm reading fic to AVOID thinking about my own WIPs.

Tbh, I haven't even found much fic I want to read lately.

(Did you get my PM, btw?)

I did...and I'm pondering the matter. I kept thinking of suggestions and then it turned out I'd tweaked so much that I was basically proposing a different story. So, don't be insulted when you get my reply, I am knee deep in a magazine story and not thinking clearly. (A comprehensive story about long term Elder care, covering various options, personal stories, and highlighting at least 3 local advertisers. 800 words. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight.)

Suggest away! And good luck with your story.

Tell me, please! I am in serious fic withdrawal lately :(

Also, I am late on my R/Hr valentine's day submission, and completely blocked.

Sympathy? Without the tea is fine!

Have some Tea AND Sympathy. Both go quite well with whiskey.

I am barking at a deadline for my aforementioned magazine article and am behind schedule on a Christmas charity fic for Urbanmama1.

This is why I am becoming less discriminating about my fic choices. God, I can't wait for the Canonfest publications, (even though I haven't even got a plot for my story) then there will be something good to read!
