Book Cleaning
So my big event of the day was cleaning out my bookshelves. I have an absurd amount of books, a lot of which are shit and so I decided to get rid of them. My room is so cluttered and I thought this would help.
So I'm looking through the books of my childhood and I find "Miss Rumphius" I read through it and cried because I love it so much. At my bat mitzvah my dad said something like "I know you will be sucessful but remember Miss Rumphius don't forget to do something to make the world more beautiful" Which is what happens in the book. I guess thats a big goal, sort of a vague goal but still I think its important.
Anyways, I cleaned out enough books so I can get rid of my ugly red bookcase and hopefully get a better chair and maybe a rug.
Yesterday I spent the night at Mylas house which was really fun. I don't see her very often and after our run on thursday we realized we had serious catching up to do. We walked over to the Bowdoin art museum to see the movie thing there. It was stupid, it was a movie that was blurry the whole time and I couldnt really get much out of it, and it was a little cold.
