High on Life
I could pun on the title all day, yo.
Just found grimorie's fabulous picspam posts, and in this one (The Many Half-Smiles of Dani Reese), this one line cracked me the hell up:
[A]fter making sure Charlie's going to make it, Reese looked happy. She zapped her partner with 900,000 volts of electricity and got away with it. It's the memory that helps her deal with Charlie in his particularly annoying days.
Which, ahahahaha, I never thought of it that way, but it's SO TRUE.
Speaking of grimorie's picspam, you all must check out this post, focused on background and location shots; among other things, Life is simply a fucking gorgeous show. Some of the visuals are just breathtaking. This link is a perfect example of why just looking at the show makes me happy.
(The first link, the Dani picspam, has some scattered spoilers, if you care about that sort of thing. The second one, location picspam, doesn't really give anything away.)
