while i always feel great after a good workout, the sore muscles that comes with it and lasts until the day after is never a welcome feeling, but if i exercised more often i guess i wouldn't have this problem... and goddamn it was the first time i have been to the boxing gym since being back from hawaii (slack i know) and that is the only place where i weigh myself... and OMG!!! i dont know how its possible but i have put on 4kg in less than 2 months.... so it really is diet time for me especially since rori and i are going to korea at the end of next month and if i want any chance of doing clothes shopping there i need to loose weight... im goddam sick of having to watch my weight thou, its the curse of getting old and getting a slower metabolism i guess... grr.. it sux big time!
and the day has gone soo fast!! and i still have heaps of shit to do... i should stop procrastinating... wah wah
