Hawaii: day 2
Since the night spanned until early hours of the morning (namely about 4-5am) we weren't quite functioning the next day until around 2 in the afternoon. We had a not so tasty lunch at planet hollywood, Michael bought bron and I lunch (i love american men! they want to pay for everything!! now I understand why my parents are always going on about australian men) Michael left us after lunch since he was in town for his best friends wedding and he had plans, but he said he wanted to see me again (I was a little doubtful... but he gave me some phone numbers so I could reach him). after lunch the girls hit the shops! I needed a new bikini as did bron, but I didn't find one until my last few days in hawaii... oh well...
We went out again (we went out every night in hawaii) and since we didn't know where else to go (just yet) we went back to Duke's, no I didn't see Michael again that night or for the next few nights unfortunately... but we did manage to meet some fun army boys who paid for our drinks for the rest of the night, and took us to another bar (don't ask me the name of it though! :p) I found out that if you smile at a guy in hawaii they immediately think you are interested in them instead of just being nice, but everything worked out in the end... i seem to remember us trying to take photos in a passport booth that night but everyone being to drunk and impatient gave up and bron never took back the money she put in the machine... but all in all it was an interesting night... and another late one at that!
