more training

Maya is not updating even though she is away at Swiss boot camp. Well, NO ONE is fencing right now as Maya left, Lauren is at World University Games, and all the guys are in Colorado Springs. I took the extra time to up my triathlon training.

here's what I've done in the last many days:

Sun (8/5): 1/2 mile warmup, 20 min fartlek doing 100s of something weird with feet, 100s of slow jogging in between
Mon (8/6): fencing lesson, 20 minutes meditation
Tues (8/7): Swim 45 minutes
Wed (8/8): Swim 40 mins (1 mile), then jog 1 mile, then 10x100 sprints
Thurs (8/9): 20 minute fencing lesson, 20 min ftwk, 1.5 hrs free fencing
Fri (8/10): 1 hour flowing yoga
Sat (8/11): jog 2 miles then ran hills 40seconds x 10, then jog 1 mile
Sun (8/12): REST
Mon (8/13): 30 minutes on stationary bike hill program; abs, butt, back workout; 20 minutes meditation
Tues (8/14): run 35 minutes, footwork 20 minutes, pointwork 15 minutes
Wed (8/15): bike 2 hours + 6x1mile springts (approx 27 miles)
Thurs (8/16): swim 35 minutes

now you know, arent you happy? i havent been lifting like at all because its so nice out the last place i want to be is the gym. but i know i need to in order to get better. but doing the 3 different sports just really keeps me from getting bored.
