cross-training...revision

so, the cross training is going pretty well this summer. i'm fencing more days than usual during this semi-off season (2/3), so i average around 4-5 cross-training days a week now. this is what last week looked like:

sunday=sprints on the track...the specifics escape me
monday=off
tuesday=fencing, weights, 20 min sld
wednesday=fencing
thursday=fencing, sprints (10X50m , 5X100m)
friday=off
saturday=45 min sld run

so, last week was a lot lazier than i predicted it would be:
sunday=weights, 20 min sld
monday=middle distance: 4X800
tuesday=fencing, 30 min sld, weights
wednesday=off
thursday=off
friday=10 X 50m, drilling/some fencing at michel's camp, H-A-R-D core workout with Molly
saturday=off

sunday=off
monday=agility in the burning country sun of n.j., some bouting/drills at michel's camp
tuesday=drills and fencing with Lnz
wednesday=50min. sld run

we'll see what the rest of the week brings
