Musical Interlude - Lilly Wood and The Prick
Ok, so this has nothing to do with writing, nothing to do with House either...... although maybe it has a little, since that's the one thing I'm listening to right now, in a loop, and it was playing while I was writing my last chapter of "If You Let Me, I Might Try", which by the way - convenient aside - is available for reading here: IYLM - Chapter 72
Anyway! I wanted to share music, because I LOVE music. I just can't live without it. seriously. But it's not just about that either. It's also about a mood, kind of melancholic which suits me well right now. It's also about an amazing, almost gravelly voice, but so sensual, that literally rocks my world, and cradle my days with its sweet pop, folk, unclassifiable, beautiful universe.
The music is enthralling, and the lyrics are... well, not as sweet as the soft atmosphere of the guitar would allow to think, but I'm totally appreciative. So here are some of my favorite songs of their album, the first. Oh and they're French! Don't know why I need to say it, but it makes me happy. That's silly, I know.
