I rec Oshima from Kafka on the Shore *paws him* (*Q*). I read the book on recommendation from my friends small_smiles and promptly developed a crush on him. :DD

More than rebellious, though, I think she is courageous. She knows she can become a force of good and bring about a change for the benefit of Middle Earth, and tries to prove this in the battle field. Stubborn for a good cause, probably.
After that, she has the maturity to focus in the care for the wounded and the lost.
Arwen is...not really to my liking. I can't quite decide why, though.
Ohhh thanks so much for rec'ing Oshima for me. I shall look for the book and give it a try.
I'm always on the lookout for interesting characters.
