I went for a love reading today at the Lover’s festival. The cards came out as follows:
The Moon, the King of Cups and the Lovers in a row, in that exact order. Underneath the King of Pentacles with the Fool next to it.
The reader told me the Moon in this case was referring to something I was unable to see, the King of Cups to a good person, and the Lovers to, well, love. So basically, she said it meant that the person for me was right in front of me, someone I’m close to, and I just hadn’t realized yet they were the one.
Then, she said the King of Pentacles represents myself and with the Fool next to it…it means I’m an idiot for not noticing the above.
So, the one for me is right in front of my nose and I’m a moron for not seeing it? Hmmm…who could it be? One of my co-workers? Could it be Luxuria, Samus or….maybe Scieszka?
…Uniting with one of them feels so odd though.

Although I am curious about one thing…the reader seemed really shocked when the cards came up the way they did. I don’t see why…I told her before hand I wanted a wife and child more than anything. I’m also wondering why the King of Cups showed up instead of the Queen, but the reader said it didn’t matter. Huh…
