Reboot - Now A Crone's Councel
As I start I know this is just for me. I wish I could turn to my kids and spew forth all the ideas I have and lessons I've learned and have them understand and accept them. I will instead put them here, in tangible form and secretly hope they somehow find them.
Today I posted on Facebook, something I rarely do, because I wanted to share my thoughts with the world. I am proud of what I said so I'm copying it here.
Hate comes from ignorance. From the basic fear of the unknown. We need to start learning about other. We take away so as not insult the "Other" instead of adding and including them. This causes us loss not gain. We need to talk to each other, more importantly LISTEN. We all feel differently for very different reasons. Let's have a true dialogue, and not rush to fix or appease but to understand.
Each day I learn a little something, or remember a lesson learned, and I want to document this. Maybe I'll share this address as I gain courage.
